A Love Story with T-Bar – Five Years and Four Hours Later In 2020, my wife and I spent our honeymoon in Oroville, California. During that trip, we stumbled upon T-Bar in Chico and Redding, and it quickly became one of our favorite spots. Everything about it—the fresh ingredients, the flavors, the atmosphere—made it special. Fast forward five years: we now have two little ones, my wife is expecting again, and we live in Fortuna, about four hours away from the nearest T-Bar. Then one day, my wife turns to me and says, "I’m really craving a T-Bar sandwich." Now, when a pregnant wife has a craving, you don’t ask questions—you just make it happen. So, we loaded up the entire family, piled into the car, and drove four hours just to satisfy that one specific craving. The moment we walked in and shared our story, the T-Bar team made our experience even more memorable. Their excitement and hospitality were just as incredible as the food itself. It wasn’t just a meal—it was a reminder of why we fell in love with this place in the first place. T-Bar, you’ve got lifelong fans here, and we can’t wait for the day you open locations closer to the coast—or even better, in SoCal. This was my first visit to this place and my burrito was amazing as was my refreshing tea. I definitely will go back the next time I am in the area. I also would like compliment Shaquel an employee at this restaurant while I was there today. She really keeps that place running well. I was so impressed with her great customer service. She really is a leader and your restaurant is very fortunate to have someone as an employee like her that gives 100 percent and cares so much about your customers and the quality of what goes out. I was waiting for my food and was so impressed how she had everything so organized and moving. She lead the team. My food was amazing and the service was great and I highly recommend trying out this place. You won’t be disappointed.

Great staff! Friendly and quick service. Amazing tea selections and their food is phenomenal and healthy! My favorite is the chocolate chai frost or the strawberry almond. A must have summer treat!

I really love this place. Fresh healthy food. When you walk in, you order from the posted menu. The menu is easy to read and understand. Bowls or Wraps, and lots of drink choices. I had salmon over brown rice with greens with the honey mustard dressing. It was my first time, and I wasn't that adventurous. It was really good. I tasted others , they were also delicious. There is seating inside along with a large outdoor seating area.

This place is amazing! Customer service on point, really friendly and helpful. The cold teas, absolutely delicious. But was made me extremely happy was the food. I ordered a bowl with greens, rice, impossible meatballs (vegan) and chipotle sauce. After that I was happy for the rest of the day. I’m traveling around California, and that was in these 2 weeks the best meal I had. Congrats for the great food and service!

The food here is amazing, fresh and healthy. The service is always with a smile and the servers are always very helpful in explaining different options on the menu. The room has a ton of windows and there is beautiful art on the walls giving the place a bright and cheery atmosphere. I come here often when I feel I've had too much unhealthy foods lately.

Anytime I go to Chico, this is my go-to for lunch. It's always incredibly fresh, delicious, and at a great price point. I came twice. Both times I got bowls, one with the mango seared pork and one with the london broil. The pork was my favorite, but you can't go wrong with either. Don't forget to try one of their drinks as well. I got the peach palmer!
